By inviting or using the bot, you agree to these Terms and to comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
2. Service Description
The bot provides moderation, utility, automation, statistics, ticket systems, embed tools, and other configurable features. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the bot for illegal activities.
- Abuse, exploit, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the bot.
- Use the bot to harass, spam, or harm others.
- Bypass security, permissions, or rate limits.
Server owners and administrators are responsible for how the bot is configured and used in their server.
4. Availability
The bot is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or error-free operation.
5. Termination
We may restrict or ban access for any user or server that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, server issues caused by misuse/misconfiguration, or damages resulting from the use of the bot.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
